Probably the best custom builder in Tampa. Greg Turain the owner is about as honest and humble as they get. Extensive experience in the home building process. We worked with Greg for 14 months through the design of our home all the way to the time he handed us our keys. Every aspect of the home building process was meticulously explained and not a single item was forgotten. He even brought up things we mentioned but had forgotten. Was extremely flexible and always gave us the pros and cons of our decisions and choices. Best part is that he is your sole point of contact for everything. Any questions or concerns and you can call him directly and was always responsive. We are still in touch with him and he has immediately taken care of the few minor things we needed addressed after moving in. We have heard lots of horror stories during and after the home building process and I have to say we have experienced none of them with Greg.

We never imagined building a home could be so easy and enjoyable. Greg was professional, responsive and genuinely interested in designing a home that would meet our family’s needs. He was a perfectionist with every detail of construction, taking into consideration comfort, function and aesthetics. He kept us informed of the progress, provided time frames and kept on schedule throughout the various stages of construction. We could’ve never visited the job site and not found one issue at walk-through. We did not find one imperfection throughout construction of which he was not already aware and in the process of resolving. He even made corrections on minor details which we would never have noticed. It was obvious that he selected his subcontractors very carefully and that they respected him and his high standards. He truly took pride in his work and wanted to construct nothing but the best. We love our new home and have the utmost respect for Greg.
